§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe memorandum is being issued by my Department today to the national museums, galleries and libraries, to all local authorities maintaining museums, galleries or libraries, to a wide range of learned bodies and journals, and to professional bodies whose members advise individuals and businesses on their tax affairs. I have arranged for copies to be available in the Library. Further copies are available on request to my Department.
