§ Mr. HoramThe project to which my hon. Friend refers forms a part of the Greater London Council's wider transport programme. Central Government aid this programme through the transport supplementary grant, which, being a block grant, is not specific to, and cannot be identified with, particular schemes. The allocation of resources to this project is, thus, wholly a matter for the Greater London Council.
