§ Mr. Oakes34 teachers attended one-term full-time courses and 28 a full-time course of five weeks; 43 teachers were following part-time courses of two or three year's duration. Shorter courses of between one half-day and 18 days in length were also provided; the college estimated in March 1976 that these would be attended by some 1,180 teachers.
