§ Mr. FreesonThe basis of compensation was reviewed generally prior to the Community Land Act, 1975, when it was decided that for owner-occupiers the government provisions in the Land Compensation Acts of 1961 and 1973 should continue to apply. I do not consider that a further review is called for at present.
