§ Mr. Clinton DavisCopies of the report were forwarded to the professional bodies of those concerned, drawing attention to the conduct of their members. The report has been considered by the Director of Public Prosecutions who has informed my Department that no further prosecutions are contemplated in respect of the affairs of London Capital Group Ltd., and associated companies.
