The cost of running the National Army Museum in the current financial year is expected to be £500,000. This figure includes the cost of museum staff, rates and maintenance of the building, general expenses and the grant-in-aid given for the purchase of exhibits. An average of 1,475 visitors attended the museum weekly during the past two years.
