Official Report, 1st December, c. 288, if he will now take steps to collect centrally information on the amounts of travelling and subsistence allowances paid to Ministers.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisNo Ministerial travelling expenses are a matter for individual Ministers and their Departments. I could not justify the expenditure that would be incurred in collecting the information centrally.
