§ Mr. MillanThe report "Criminal Appeals in Scotland" has been published today and copies are available in the Vote Office. My right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate and I are grateful to Lord Thomson and the other members of the Committee for their comprehensive review of criminal procedure in Scotland, culminating in this Third Report. We are now considering its recommendations, and consultations will be initiated shortly with interested bodies.
