asked the Secretary of State for Trade whether the credit to be granted for the Anglo-Polish shipping deal is under Section 1 or Section 2 of the Export Guarantees Act 1975.

I refer to my answer to the hon. Member for St. Ives (Mr. Nott) on 12th December 1977.—[Vol. 941, c. 2324]. The approval given in principle by ECGD for the Anglo-Polish shipping deal is in fact in respect of cover under Section 2 of the Export Guarantees Act 1975.
