§ Mr. HoramOur investigation of this case has involved our obtaining further information from the hon. Member's constituent. Even so, we cannot yet confirm that Mr. McNeil is entitled to a licence, and we are writing to him again. I shall let the hon. Member know the outcome as soon as possible.
