§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) whether he will institute an immediate inquiry into how £60,000 was awarded by the Manpower Services Commission to an Indian terrorist group known for its practice of homosexuality and ritual murder;
(2) whether he will make a statement on the criteria by which £60,000 has been awarded by the Manpower Services Commission to the Anand Marg, the Indian terrorist group;
(3) whether he will give details on the basis on which the Manpower Services Commission has made a £60,000 award to the Anand Marg, the Indian terrorist group.
