§ 54. Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to be able to announce the start on the construction of the M63 from Cheadle Heath to Portwood, Stockport, assuming the inspector's report on the public inquiry is in favour of the scheme.
§ Mr. HoramSubject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures and to the availability of funds, construction could start in 1979.
