§ Mr. William RodgersYes, the British Transport Docks Board recently sought my permission, under Section 14(4) of the Transport Act 1962, to acquire the equity of the Newport Stevedoring Co. Ltd., and I have agreed. This would make the Board the only stevedoring employer in Newport.
