§ Mr. Robert SheldonNo. The United Nations Security Council Resolution (No. 418) related only to supplies of arms, military equipment, nuclear co-operation and licences. Her Majesty's Government have, however, made it clear that organisations and individuals in this country should show due sensitivity to the strength of parliamentary and public opinion in this country against apartheid.
