§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieThe South of Scotland Electricity Board does not relate borrowings to specific assets, and, in any event, meets part of its capital expenditure from internal resources. The Board 159W estimates, however, that the additional interest charges incurred up to the date of commissioning Hunterston B amounted to some £6 million.
