BrownThe sum of 2p per day presently paid towards the cost of the British Forces Germany television service by its users is directly debited from the pay of those Service personnel who possess sets capable of receiving the programmes. In the case of messes or clubs which have such sets the payment is made by means of bills raised by the unit each quarter.
