§ Mr. EadieEach nuclear establishment is required to have standing arrangements to deal with emergencies which might involve radioactivity, including provision for fire hazards. Establishments concerned with nuclear energy have their own fire-fighting services. During the present firemen's dispute, in cases where outside assistance may be required, establishments will either call on retained firemen under normal arrangements or on the emergency services available locally.
