§ Mrs. HartMy Department has continued to keep in touch with the United Nations University. There were discussions with Dr. Kwapong, one of the vice-rectors, in September, and in November. There will now be more detailed talks with the university to consider whether288W we could make any further contribution, in addition to the co-operation with the Tropical Products Institute already arranged.
