Friend discussed this matter with the United States Secretary for Energy, Mr. Schlesinger, and other members of the United States administration in Washington on 4th-5th April. Talks were wide ranging and included non-proliferation, reprocessing, uranium supplies and future collaboration and consultation between the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
