My Lords, during my visit to Poland, East Berlin and the German Democratic Republic on 11th to 15th April, I signed an Agreement on Co-operation in the Field of Medicine and Public Health between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the German Democratic Republic.
