§ Mr. BoothYes, I have received a copy of the British Youth Council's report. It makes a number of wide-ranging proposals, the cost of which would be very difficult to estimate. Nevertheless I will give the recommendations every consideration. The Prime Minister and I will be meeting members of the working group later this month to discuss the report.
