(2) if he will list the numbers of people in Cornwall employed in manufacturing, farming, fishing, mining/quarrying and tourism, respectively, at present, five years ago and 10 years ago, respectively.
§ Mr. GoldingEmployment estimates for Cornwall are available for each midyear and the latest are for June 1975. These estimates are analysed according to the Minimum List Headings of the Standard Industrial Classification, which does not provide a separate classification for tourism. In the following table, information is given for hotels and residential establishments (MLH 884) and restaurants, cafes and snack bars (MLH 885).

Mr. Jesselasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is aware of the situation developing in Twickenham due to the present dispute involving refuse collection; whether any approach has been made by the parties in the dispute to the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerI understand that a dispute between the London borough of Richmond-upon-Thames and its refuse 227W collectors has affected Richmond, Barnes and Twickenham. The original dispute, which started in February 1977, was about manning; now there is a dispute over additional payment for clearing the backlog of rubbish.
The matter is being considered today within the appropriate local government machinery for dealing with industrial disputes. The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service has not been approached for assistance, and does not normally intervene in disputes until the appropriate machinery has been exhausted.
