To state (a) the number of court orders for possession which have been granted; (b) the number of warrants for eviction which have been issued by the courts and (c) the number of evictions which have taken place in each of the years 1970–75 against occupiers of—1. Agricultural tied cottages; 2. Tied cottages belonging to nationalised industries and government departments; 3. all other tied cottages; and 4. local authority houses.
§ Baroness BIRKThe numbers of orders for possession granted against agricultural tied cottage occupants in England and Wales in each of the years 1970–75 are set out in the table below.
