§ Mr. MoyleMy Department will continue to make kidney donor cards available to the public through existing outlets, and a "filler" film urging people to carry cards has appeared on television during advertising intervals on over 100 occasions. I am presently examining with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport the possibility of sending out a special version of the card with first provisional driving licences. I am always prepared to consider suggestions for improving arrangements for securing more kidney donors.
