asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will confirm that no further action will be taken regarding a bail hostel in Kew following the decision of the Richmond on Thames Planning committee.

It is for the SW London Probation and After-Care Committee to decide what further action it should take following refusal of planning permission to use premises at 96 North Road, Kew, as a bail hostel.
