§ Mr. BoothThe Royal Commission has today published its fourth report—the second in a series of reports on its standing reference—as Cmnd 6626. The report updates and further develops the analyses contained in the first report, and outlines the Commission's future programme of work. The Government welcome this report as a further valuable contribution to our understanding of the facts about the distribution of income and wealth in our society.
