§ Mr. HealeyThe Government have decided that they should not introduce a wealth tax in the life of this Parliament, but the tax will continue to be an important part of their programme. The work which has been done will be of considerable value when the time is right for introducing the tax. Meanwhile, alternative uses will be found for those buildings in Plymouth and elsewhere which have been acquired, or are under construction.
