§ Mr. BishopOur anti-rabies quarantine records show that about 97 per cent. of imported primates go to research laboratories, either directly, where the laboratories have their own authorised quarantine premises, or after undergoing quarantine elsewhere. Most of the remaining 3 per cent. go to zoos, with a few to private owners.
