Mr. Skeet

asked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will give a breakdown of users of paraffin in the United Kingdom: (a) by age groups, and (b) by income brackets; and if he will indicate the total numbers of paraffin heaters sold for the most recent period for which figures are available and the percentage being purchased by people other than retirement pensioners.
