§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in preparing the legislation for member participation in the running of occupational pension schemes, he will make it quite clear whether or not the funds of trade unions, whose representatives are appointed trustees, will be liable in any cases of alleged breach of trusteeship.
§ Mr. OrmeI have no proposals for altering trust law, which provides for the personal liability of trustees.
§ Mr. Beithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what response he has given to the representations he received from Post Office unions about restrictions on the right of male occupational pensioners to unemployment benefit.
