§ Mr. Nottasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will now arrange for the regular publication in Trade and Industry of (a) estimates of the United Kingdom's share in world exports of manufactures by value on a quarterly basis, and (b) indicators of the United Kingdom's performance in export markets in volume terms comparable to those given in his answer to a parliamentary Question from the hon. Member for Northampton, South (Mr. Morris) of 28th October 1976.
§ Mr. MeacherEstimates of the United Kingdom's share of the value of exports of manufactures by the main manufacturing countries are already published in 'Trade and Industry". They appear in articles headed "Industrial Countries Trade and Production", the most recent of which appeared on 25th June 1976. The additional volume information will be incorporated in future articles in this series.
