Mr. Dykes

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list in the Official Report those grants and loans which have been received or are fully committed to British interests from EEC institutions from Great Britain's entry into the EEC to the latest available date, in the manner of his answer in the Official Report, 1st July 1976, Written Answers, columns 263–70.

Mr. Robert Sheldon,

pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 11th November 1976; Vol. 919, c. 251], gave the following information:

The amounts of grants and loans which have been received by the United Kingdom since our entry into the European Communities are as follows:

23rd July 1976. Further lists of projects supported by the fund will be published from time to time. Gross receipts from, the fund to date are £20.150 million.

Details of other grants and loans received by the United Kingdom between the date of accession to the European Communities and the end of June this year were given in my reply of 1st July
