§ 20. Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has now studied the Franco-Soviet Agreement to reduce the risk of either country launching an accidental nuclear attack on the other and to warn each other immediately on the hot line of any such accident if it occurs; and if he will now consider proposing a similar agreement between Great Britain and the USSR.
§ Dr. OwenI will inform my hon. Friend when the Government have completed their consideration of an initiative of this kind.
