asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will initiate legislation to increase the maximum penalties in Northern Ireland for membership of an illegal organisation and for inciting or inviting persons to join an illegal organisation, to at least the level of the maximum penalties provided in the Republic of Ireland.
