§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for the Environment on what dates requests were received from the Refreshment Department for the replacement of the carpeting in the Members' Cafeteria and in the Centre Curtain Corridor outside Dining Rooms A, B, C and D; and when the work will be carried out.
§ Mr. MarksOn 26th February 1976 my Department was informed of the Refreshment Department's wish that the Members' Cafeteria and the Centre Curtain Corridor should be redecorated during 1977–78. In July this year my officials were asked to look into the need for new carpets. It is expected that work will be carried out in the 1977 Summer Recess.
