asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on how many occasions, if any, between 1st June 1972 and 31st May 1976 the Howard League for Penal Reform has requested permission to visit Holloway Prison; and on how many occasions permission has been granted.

So far as I am aware only one request was made and this was granted.
