§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsI am glad to tell the House that Sir Gordon Wolstenholme, OBE, has agreed to serve as the first chairman of the group which will be responsible for examining proposals from laboratories, for assessing the hazards involved and for advising on appropriate precautions. I hope to be able to announce the names of other members of the group shortly. The Government will consider the making of regulations specifying the proposals to be submitted when the Health and Safety Commission has completed its consultations and has put forward recommendations.
