§ Mr. Harry EwingI understand that Hazfile is a computer-based rapid-access information file of properties of hazardous materials proposed by the Atomic Energy Research Establishment at Harwell, designed for the support of the emergency services. If it were decided to purchase equipment to implement the scheme, normal tendering procedures with appropriate firms would be followed, but there is meantime no Government commitment for the use of this information system in the fire service.
