§ Mr. OrmeThe total cost of distributing 12 million copies of the leaflet CH1 (T) is estimated at £9,000.
Arrangements for the distribution of leaflets to individual sub-postmasters are made by the Post Office, but I understand that with a large task like child benefit it is more economic to distribute leaflets on a general scale than to attempt to be specific.
