§ Mr. BishopI have nothing to add to the assurances I gave on 8th April when this matter was raised by the hon. Member during the Committee stage of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill.—[Official Report, Standing Committee C; c. 1199.] For the reasons given then I cannot at the moment hold out any early prospect of amending legislation.
