Mr. Greville Janner

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will provide a table setting out the penalties imposed by magistrates' courts and by Crown courts, respectively, upon companies and individuals, respectively, convicted of offences under the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act as at the latest date for which records are available.
