§ Mr. RowlandsThe answer to the first part of my hon. Friend's Question is that an estimated 155,000 Rhodesian residents have the right of abode in the United Kingdom. On the second part, I refer my hon. Friend to what my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister said in reply to a supplementary question by the right hon.
