§ Mr. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will confirm, in amplification of his reply to the hon. Member for Aberdeenshire, East on 14th May 1976, that the reporter at the public inquiry into the Shell/Expro planning application at Peterhead will be able to evaluate all factors and hazards including those in Peterhead Bay.
