§ Mr. PrenticeWe do not publish forecasts of outturn this early in the financial year. Information on disbursements of overseas aid to all countries is contained in "British Aid Statistics", a copy of which is in the Library of the House. It is impossible to classify countries in the way in which the hon. Member suggests. Of course I deplore racial discrimination wherever it occurs.
