§ Dr. SummerskillNo separate record is available of arrivals of United Kingdom passport holders from individual countries in Africa, and no figures are yet available for 1976. Provisional figures for 1975 show that 8,190 United Kingdom passport holders from East Africa were admitted to the United Kingdom for settlement of whom 5,160 were dependants, 240 were husbands of wives settled in the United Kingdom and 2,790 were special voucher holders. These figures do not include dependants holding other passports.
