§ Dr. SummerskillThe organisations represented have been, in addition to the Betting Office Licensees Association—which put forward the proposal for a Racing Consultative Council—the Department of the Environment, the Horserace Betting Levy Board, the Bookmakers' Committee, the Horserace Totalisator Board and, jointly, the Jockey Club and their Joint Associations Liaison Committee.
