§ Mr. DeakinsThe UNCTAD Secretariat envisages that initially its integrated programme would include 10 "core" commodities and that seven additional commodities might be added at a later stage. Her Majesty's Government's attitude to the UNCTAD proposal for an integrated programme was set out in my right hon. Friend's answer on 24th March to the hon. Member for Blackpool, South (Mr. Blaker)—[Vol. 908, c. 198–9].
