§ 42. Mr. Moonmanasked the Lord President of the Council what provisions he intends to make for honourable Members so that they may have access to a computer information retrieval system in the Library.
Mr. ShortI referred to this matter in my speech in the debate of procedure on 2nd February and I hope to set up a small informal Joint Committee in the near future to advise me on it.
