§ Mr. ShoreTrade and production statistics for rigid and semi-rigid PVC sheeting are not strictly comparable but it is estimated that imports account for 69W nearly half the home market. My Department has had discussions with the industry about these imports but no formal application for anti-dumping action has been received.
