§ Mr. Woofasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) what action he proposes to take in the light of the fact that 30 million domestic lamps are to be imported into United Kingdom from eastern countries—Poland, Czechoslovakia and Hungary—within the next few months; (2) what is his policy on import controls of domestic lamps; and if he will take steps to safeguard employment in the lamp metals industry.
